Toxic (Hindi) continued to do well in its advances on the second day as it sold 25k tickets at the national chains after selling 50k on the first day of advances. This gives the film 75k after two days and it should be eyeing around 1.25 lakh before the last day of advance and then its the final day which is always an unknown but 2 lakh should be covered at the very least. 

The total advance collection of the film is around 6 crore nett after advances being open for 2 days so that 30 crore nett mark looks pretty much done for the film and its about how much higher it can go from here. This will depend on where advances go on the final day and more importrantly current booking as thats what it is really all about.

Toxic is going to be the highest opening South dubbed film which is not a sequel and the non sequels which have opened well have been Saaho (2019), RRR (2022) Salaar (2023) and Kalki (2024). Saaho can be called excellent eopening while the others are good. Salaar clashed with Dunki so it had lower numbers than the rest but it was a good opening considering the competition and eventually came out with better results compared with the comeptition. Toxic would be the least South Indian looking film out of all these with next being Saaho which also did not look a South film and on top had many familiar Hindi film faces though the accented dialogue delivery of the hero could have been avoided.
