Kesari Chapter 2 has done well in overseas. In India its more about the momentum but in Overseas it has put up a pretty good number and heads for $2 million plus total over the extended Easter weekend. The first day total is around $500k and it has scored over Bade Miyan Chote Miyan in all markets except Gulf. 

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan may have not done well but it was a big film and an Eid release and has by far the best initial numbers for Akshay Kumar. Here Kesari Chapter 2 has scored over Bade Miyan Chote Miyan in an Eid market like United Kingdom. The collections are more than double of films like Sky Force and Sarphira in UK.

Australia and Canada lead as the Kesari branding and subject scores well with the Punjabi community. Both markets are way ahead of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. USA could have been better but looking at the results in Mysore it is sure to pick up as Mysore and USA tend to go hand and hand and Mysore opening is very good for Kesari Chapter 2. Gulf is low but considering a film with heavy Punjabi feel the numbers can be called reasonable in Gulf also.

The film looks set to score well in Overseas and it can really surprise if India really comes on board for the film then overseas is going to do more than good business for sure.
