Pushpa 2 (Hindi) is in overdrive on day 3 as it competes for the highest single day in history of Hindi cinema. The collections will go past the first day collections towards the 68 crore nett mark and this is how much Jawan (Hindi) collected on its Sunday. The final collections in the morning could edge past Jawan (Hindi). If not then Sunday will for sure set the record for the highest single day in history.

After the first day it was expected that Sunday would create history but the momentum of the film is such that it may well have the top two biggest days in history. The film may well be sitting on a 186 crore nett three day weekend which would be history as well. The four day weekend will be targeting 260 crore nett.

This sort of jump on Saturday indicates that Sunday can easily go to 75 crore nett but there could be some capacity issues on Sunday as peak time screenings are at capacity levels and the extra business has to come from shows before noon which is tough. No doubt Sunday will see mass circuits go up another level and new records will be made.

The advances are already coming for the weekdays indicating more records to come from Monday onward. It is pretty much certain the film is going to be highest grossing Hindi film of all time and this can be said with confidence even though its been only 3 days so far. The Southern circuits are doing better on Saturday though Kerala is a goner for the film though it will not matter at all in the final tally.
