The biggest South film of the year so far Peddi will finish at around 225 crore nett as it stands 223 crore nett after four weeks with a little more to come. The film has proved to be a HIT / SUPER HIT film in Nizam Andhra with collections going towards almost 180 crore nett but that is not enough for the film. 

Due to the budget the film needed a response from the Hindi version and that is ending up at just 18 crore nett and because of this the film overall turns out to be an AVERAGE fare. The Hindi markets will always be the risk factor for these big budget South films as they cant recover from South alone and Hindi will always be an unknown which you cant bank on no matter how big the film is
