Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari opened well driven by the national holiday and should come with a pretty good result on the first day even though the zone of the film is more about what happens post the first day. The film may well turn up with one of the highest opening days in its genre and in fact its is Tu Jhooti Main Makaar which it probably cant reach but others it can be ahead of.

Despite so many films made in this genre the opening is always tough and they have to work on word of mouth. Here the holiday factor is working in its favour as far as the opening day goes despite the clash with Kantara Chapter One though how this clash works in the long run remains to be seen especially if opposition really works with the audience.

The fear would have been that Kantara Chapter One turns out to be some KGF 2 as then the clash can be a nightmare but that has not happened which has allowed Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari some breathing space. The film is likely to do better in the NCR belt and here Kantara Chapter 1 is lesser of a force and Sunny Sunskari Ki Tulsi Kumari will be competing in some of the higher end properties.

Despite a solid start it will still be about where the films lands on the weekend as no doubt the collections will see a drop on Friday but they have to be back on Saturday and that is traditionally a strong day for films in this genre.
