Bad Newz has had a fair weekend of 9 crore nett in its second weekend to take its overall total to over 51.50 crore nett. The drop in the second weekend is over 65% which is on the higher side but as the film got in an opening weekend it remains above water for this film. If the first weekend had been lower than this sort of drop in second weekend becomes an issue.

The growth on Saturday was not as high as it should been but the buy one get one free scheme was not there on Saturday and Sunday so basically the Friday collections were a little higher than they should have been due to the offer.

The film is continues to be best in NCR and East Punjab with the latter doing HIT numbers and will comfortably cross the likes of Crew and Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Delhi NCR also has good numbers but circuit is held back by UP so will not do HIT numbers for the circuit of Dehi / UP. The film has basically scored on the strength of its opening weeeknd as the trend is very moderate of the film. The collections of Bad Newz till date are as follows.
