Pathaan (Hindi) remains on course for target Bahubali - The Conclusion as its records a huge second Friday of around 13 crore nett. The drop is very minimal from the Thursday at around 12% and the film was coming off a mammoth nine day first week where it beat the lifetime records except for three films.

This will take Pathaan to 360 crore nett plus business in just 10 days and there is a huge Saturday and Sunday to come. The film was helped by higher ticket rates at multiplexes and this is also a very good sign as the industry has to understand that higher ticket rates means higher collections for good films when the audience is not comimg out like before. If the film is bad then high or low it will not matter.

The second Friday ensures that the film remains on TARGET to beat Bahubali - The Conclusion (Hindi). Pathaan (Hindi) had a lead of almost 100 crore nett in the first week from KGF 2 and now the second Friday has come out better by around 15-20% so this means the second week is likely to better than KGF 2 also. 

KGF 2 grossed 427 crore nett so basically if Pathaan keeps up with this 100 crore lead it will end up with 525 crore nett business. The lead will be more by the end of the second so its just about matching the business of KGF 2 post the second week and even if its lower by 15-20% it will still reach its target. Obviously the normal trends have to come this week which is huge growth on Saturday and that 30-40% drop on Monday.
