Dobaaraa is a poor fare as it collects around 2.50 crore nett in its opening weekend. The opening day collections were actually not that bad as Shaabash Mithu had hardly collected 40 lakhs but day one was padded up a little by the Janmashtami period.

The film failed to grow much on day two which was always going to happen due and then Sunday audience does not care much for this type of content so it remained flat.  The collections of Dobaaraa for the first weekend are as follows.

Friday - 70,00,000

Saturday - 90,00,000

Sunday - 90,00,000

TOTAL - 2,50,00,000

The dubbed film from South Karthikeya 2 is doing pretty very well in Maharashtra and Gujarat and collections on Sunday went to the 4 crore nett mark. Its the areas where South filma are more readily accepted which is pushing the film forward but it will face competition from Liger this week which will compete for the same audience.

The film is much less in the North where even in UP where it could really score it is much less than Maharashtra. The film is sharing many single screens with Raksha Bandhan in the state but despite total rejection Raksha Bandhan still has slightly better numbers.This film has collected around 13 crore nett so far.
