The Kashmir Files is heading for the highest day so far in its run as it shows GROWTH on Monday from its Sunday collections. The collections have just gone to another level and there is no stopping the film as crowds throng to cinema halls to watch the film. South India is comparatively a little weaker but that will hardly make a difference and some places will always be weaker. The core Hindi film markets are simply out of this world on Monday.
The Monday collections of the film will cross the 15 crore nett mark and what has so happened so far in the evening and night shows even a 20 crore nett number on Monday cannot be ruled out. The film is doing huge occupancies in multiplexes while single screens go housefull in many parts of the country especially Hindi belt.
This is happenning on weekday rates so the footfalls are far higher than Sunday and there is a chance that it can get better still. The film will record the highest collections of its run on Monday and it is not out of the question that Tuesday can be even better than Monday.
The film will probably be among the top fifteen Mondays of all time and as mentioned above the chance of being better and among the top ten or twelve is there as there is a chance the Monday number for the film can go to 20 crore nett. The film is obliterating all growth and trend records and soon enough the same is going to happen to box office collection records.
