Spiderman - No Way Home has ended its advance booking with a huge number as it has already collected around 35 crore nett for the weekend and there is 16-17 crore nett already up on the board for the first day which means it should comfortably surpass the opening day number of Sooryavanshi.

The advances are huge across the board and it terms of collections it is the third highest advance of all time after Avengers - Endgame and Bahubali - The Conclusion while in terms of tickets sold it will also be among the the top ten.

The bigger multiplexes have seen the second biggest advance ever after Avengers Endgame and this is the story with all the national chains. The film was always expected to do well but this has surpassed all expectations and may well be heading for a 30 crore nett first day.

If the current sales go in the similar trend as it was pre pandemic then the 30 crore nett number is pretty much locked as Avengers - Infinity War had a lesser advance and crossed the 30 crore nett mark on the first day. There is a huge film in Andhra with Pushpa which seems to have taken huge advance there with collection from Hyderabad theatres already looking around 4 crore nett on day one but despite this film Spiderman - No Way Home is also fantastic with extraordinary advances in the city despite the huge competition. 

The business of must watch films is practically like pre pandemic and if Spiderman - No Way works with the puclic then the sky is the limit. The four day weekend is set for a huge total. the only thing that remains to seen is how the Hindi markets play out against South and at present it seems it could be a higher ratio in South compared to the bigger Hollywood pre pandemic films
