Spiderman - No Way Home has set the advance counters on fire and is recording ticket sales which compare well with Avengers - Infinity War released in 2018. Spiderman - No Way Home joins the Avengers films Endgame and Infinity War to have the fastest sales ever.

The three Hollywood films lead in terms the amount collected in the first 24 hours and although there are films like War and Bahubali - The Conclusion (Hindi) which are among the highest advances of all time. These films dont compare in terms of first 24 hours. The trend for Hollywood tentpole is most sales are in the first 24 hours while for Hindi tentpole its the last 24 hours and the last day of advance.

Below are a comparison of the advances in terms of tickets sold at the national multiplex chains of the big three Hollywood films in the first 24 hours for the first day and Spiderman - No Way Home compares well These national chains form around 60-70% of the advances for the big Hollywood releases. Note - These are advances for the first day only and there is a difference in the sales for the whole weekend in terms of tickets sold especially Endgame which had insane sales for Saturday and Sunday as well as Friday.
