Bala held up very well on Monday as it collected around 8 crore nett which is a 15% drop only compared to Friday. The film did get a boost in Delhi and Punjab in the evening due to the holiday today (Tuesday) as collections in both places hardly dropped compared to Friday.  

The Monday figure is better than Dream Girl which collected around 7.20 crore nett and with a holiday in North on Tuesday it should catch up with Dream Girl as its North where the business was less over the weekend. The Monday trend for the film is similar to Dream Girl and Chhichhore and both these films emerged SUPER HIT films and Bala looks like going the same. The first week should be better than both films due to Guru Nanak Jayanti on Tuesday and then it will be about the crucial second Friday which will tell where the film will go. The collections of Bala till date are as follows.
