Tere Ishq Mein is seeing good advances as the national chains should surpass the 50k mark by Thursday night which will give it a chance for a double digit opening day. The national chains stand at around 17.5k on Wednesday morning around 8.00 am. 

The advances are also good outside the national chains also and after a long time there will be a positive Friday for the industry. The biggest plus for the film is that the film is going to get this sort of opening but is not star driven. The film has generated heat with the youth as its a love story with the type of characterisation of the hero which is liked by the youth in the core Hindi circuits.

The fact that the film does not have a male star and is yet is going to get a double digit opening day is why it can be seen as a potential HIT already before release. It means its the units that have worked so that gives more confidence that the film can hold well post opening day though obviously this remains to be seen but the signs look very good.

Its been a dull few months at the box office and this Friday is going to be much much better but it will be 50% of the job done and it will be important for Tere Ishk Mein to really go on from here because so few films open well and the ones that do must go on to be HIT films or better because if they dont it hardly leaves the ones that dont open with any chance.
