Satyaprem Ki Katha is holding well at the box office now as it collects 1 crore nett on its third Friday. It looked a struggled for the film as the collections dropped on the second Monday and there was Mission Impossible 7 coming on Wednesday but the film has overcome that obstacle well and is collecting well post the release of the Hollywood film and still has some gas left in the tank. The film now stands at almost 65 crore nett. The collections at many places were better on Friday than Wednesday and Thursday.

The 70 crore nett mark was looking the best case scenario for the film on Monday but now it looks a 75 crore nett plus finish may well be on the cards obviously as long as the regular weekend growth comes for the film. The film now will probably be at around the 70 crore nett mark by the end of the week or maybe even a little higher. It is now looking to be more than AVERAGE and will probably emerge a SEMI HIT film.

The key has been Mumbai circuit which did not start well but the Gujarat / Saurashtra pocket started to perform better after 4-5 days or a better way to put it is that collections started to hold up very well. A film like Mission Impossible does not have much of a market in a circuit like Gujarat and this has meant that Satyaprem Ki Katha is pretty much unaffected in the state which is enabling Mumbai circuit to hold up very well. Considering the look and feel of the film it should still have maybe done better in Mumbai circuit but at least the circuit eventually is going to do well enough for the film to be a solid success.  The collections of Satyaprem Ki Katha till date are as follows.
