Cirkus has seen 2022 end on a disastrous note as collections cashed further in the second weekend despite it being the New Year period. The film could only collect a little more than Drishyam 2 which was running in week seven and in whichever cinemas both films were playing than Drishyam 2 had easily the higher collections.

It it was not for the huge run of Avatar - The Way of Water then this Xmas / New Year period would have also gone down the drain after the horrible results of Eid, Raksha Bandhan / Independence Day and Diwali. Even Avatar - The Way Of Water could have done better in the Hindi circuits considering the period so on real terms the business has turned out to be below the mark this holiday period as well but not as bad as others because at least something has run.

The collections of Cirkus will not reach the 40 crore nett mark and that pretty much sums up the film. Maharashtra has done a little better but that hardly matters. The collections in North  India may be the lowest ever for such a big film released on a big holiday period.  The collections of Cirkus till date are as follows.
