Bala had a good second week of 26 crore nett and takes it two week total 95 crore nett plus. The film should just about get into the SUPER HIT category as long as the third Friday fall is not huge. The film has done well but it has been on the strength of the first five days where it got the bulk of its collections but probably has not gone through like a concept film should. The holds are more like a big comedy or action HIT film. The low costs and the first few days with holidays have worked in its favour.

Dream Girl had more commercial aspects to it so Chhichhore is probably the film which is more in a similar zone to Bala but the holds are much lower than that film as that film did 80 crore plus after its first week while here it may be 50 crore nett after the first week. The collections of Bala till date are as follows.
