Housefull 4 has good collections of 9.5-10 crore nett on Saturday though the growth was just decent at around 20-25%. The growth is lower than normal for a film on its second Saturday but the growth is generally lower this Saturday for all releases as even the smaller films like Ujda Chaman and Saand Ki Aankh which have only a metro audience have not grown as they should.

There is no growth in Gujarat / Saurashtra which is expected as the film is at high levels in its extended holiday period. There is normally huge growth in the Delhi NCR area on Saturday but it has not come this Saturday. The multiplexes in Noida have hardly grown 20% and Gurgaon is just 25% and these centres normally have heavy growth on Saturday before going flat on Sunday. The growth has come from places like Pune, Bangalore and Kolkatta but the contributions here are far less then Delhi NCR or Mumbai city and mass markets dont grow much on Saturday. The growth in Mumbai circuit outside Gujarat / Saurashtra is also pretty good.

The lower growth could be because it was holiday period over the weekdays so some of the normal Saturday audience caught the film earlier or it could the bigger growth comes on Sunday this week. The collections of the film are still very good as it stands at 154-155 crore and is certain to be the highest Akshay Kumar grosser ever (NETT and GROSS) though it will be the third weekend which will tell if the film can become the highest comedy grosser in NETT terms. It is already the second highest grossing comedy as it beat the numbers of Total Dhamaal.
