Batla House has done well in its extended first week with collections of 59.50 crore nett in eight days. The first day collections of the film could have been better but it has manage to sustain well after the big national holiday on day one..

The collections are a little lesser than Satyameva Jayate last year as that film did 59.35 crore nett in seven days while this is doing it in eight days but there is a good chance that Batla House will do better than that film after the first week. The film can emerge a HIT if it holds well in the second and the lack of competition should enable it to do that. The best  numbers are in the Delhi NCR belt and UP was also good in the extended weekend.
