Veere Di Wedding is doing well on the weekdays as it grossed 5 crore nett on Tuesday to take its five day total to 45 crore nett plus. The first week should close at around 54 crore nett and then it will be about that crucial second Friday which will tell if this film is a HIT or not.

The film had opened to around 40% better collections than Raazi but the first week will short 3-4% short of Raazi and this is basically as the film has not been able to go outside its target audience. Raazi had a similar audience profile as Veere Di Wedding on release but the film eventually managed to well in places like Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur, Agra etc which is not the case with Veere Di Wedding.The plus is that its not a big budget film so the target audience is enough for the film to be successful.
