Carry On Jatta 2 had a huge hold on Monday as it dropped just 7% on Monday from its Friday business. Its a rare to see a film hold like this from a big opening and the collections in Delhi / UP were actually better than Friday. The collections on Monday were historic as only two flms in history have seen collections this high on a Friday.

The film has crossed the business of Carry On Jatta in just four days with a 10.25 crore nett plus total across India. The first week should go to around 15-15.50 crore nett and then it could have create history by becoming the highest Punjabi grosser of all time in terms of GROSS and NETT figues.

The first four day NETT collections of Carry On Jatta 2 across India are as follows.

Friday - 2,32,00,000 

Saturday - 2,67,00,000 

Sunday - 3,23,00,000 

Monday - 2,15,00,000 apprx

TOTAL -  10,37,00,000 apprx

The collections will slide with the release of Race 3 as Race 3 will take 75-80% of the screenings in multiplexes leaving other films to share the other 20%. This means it will have to an all time lifetime record in two weeks or at least be very close.
