Welcome Back has grossed apprx 14.25 crore nett on day one. The collections are very similar to ABCD 2 and it will be either the second biggest or third biggest opening of the year depending on where the two big circuits Delhi / UP and Mumbai finally land up.The collections of ABCD 2 were 14.28 crore nett on day one.

The film has scored very well across India with South India being a bit low but that is expected for a mass film. The film lost some business due to a few issues with digital prints at places and should be able to make that up today and will be interesting to see where the film goes today as it has advantage of a part holiday though mass centres which opened very well will see little drops also.
