Sambandh revolves around three characters and a strange incident. Inspector Vinod (Sardar Sohi) is enjoying his holiday with his wife Anju (Anjali Sharma) on countryside. His holiday pleasure is threatened by an incident while he along with his wife is fishing at a pond. A van with a huge noise attracts their attention. The van stops in front of an old big mansion. The couple sees a stranger with a horrible face (Ram) coming out of the van. He unloads a big object wrapped in a white cloth from the van.
The inspector cannot resist suspecting it to be a dead body. The stranger gets the object into the house. He comes out after some time, gets into the van, and disappears. The professional instinct of the inspector does not allow him to be calm. He wants to go into the house to check out what is going on there. He needs an answer. His wife however discourages him to do so. She tells him not to get into any trouble while they are enjoying the holiday.
Though the police officer is not on his duty, his duty consciousness and attitude towards the evils do not allow him to be cool. He enters the house along with his wife. They can't find anything inside there. Incidentally they come across a door, which leads them to the basement. They find two dead bodies wrapped in the cloth inside the basement.
The basement door opens even as they try to come to terms with what they see there. The same man enters the room big ice blocks to preserve the dead bodies. Fortunately the inspector and his wife are in a place, which is not seen by the stranger. They anxiously watch all this from their hideout till the stranger goes out. The inspector quickly follows the stranger. But he moves out and locks the basement door from outside. The inspector and his wife are locked in the basement with two dead bodies.
What is in store for them? Who is the stranger and what does he do with those dead bodies?
