Golmaal Again recorded an excellent second week of 45.75 crore nett and took its two week total to around 181.50 crore nett. The film is the biggest hit of 2017 and only blockbuster of 2017 from the Hindi film industry and it looks like the film is heading for the 200 crore nett mark but the third Friday (today) is crucial. There is competition from Ittefaq and Thor - Ragnorak but the film has held its shows very well despite two new releases.

The film had around 6200 screenings across India in week two and in week three is maintaining 4200 screenings from around 1200 screens which gives its a good chance of a healthy third week and a chance to get closer to the 200 crore nett mark. The collections of Golmaal Again till date are as follows.

Week Two - 45,75,00,000 apprx

Grand Total - 1,81,68,00,000 apprx

The film is around the 78 crore nett in Mumbai which is already the highest ever Diwali figure in Mumbai beating the 70 crore nett of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. The film may not be among the top five highest grossing films in India but in Mumbai circuit that is a possibility with the target being the 86 crore nett of Sultan.
