KGF 2 (Hindi) has become the first film be released on 4000 plus screens post the pandemic as it releases in 4400 screens for the Hindi version and there will a further 100 odd screens in North Karnataka, Nizam / Andhra, Mysore / Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala which is not with distributors of the Hindi version. This will make it 4500 screens apprx which widest post pandemic and the fifth widest release of all time. 

Sooryavanshi was expeceted to get 4000 screens but there were less properties open at the time as it was the first film back. It could have been a 5000 screens release if South was getting a release like a normal Hindi film but it basically means the release sizes of films pre pandemic are achievable now with the correct film at the correct time. The biggest releases in terms of screen count post the pandemic are as follows.

3. Gangubai Kathiawadi - 3500 screens

4. 83 - 3400 screens

5. RRR (hindi) - 3200 screens

6. Antim - The Final Truth - 3000 screens

8. Radhe Shyam - 2550 screens

9. Satyameva Jayate - 2500 screens

10. Attack - 2300 screens
