Sooryavanshi is on course for a huge Sunday and it could the best day of the weekend. The collections may hit the 27 crore nett mark and maybe even go to 28 crore nett. Gujarat / Saurashtra may turn out to be ann time record beating the mark of Housefull 4 on day four. If the film crossed 5.4 crore nett it will be the highest single day ever. The first 5 crore day in Gujarat / Saurashtra was with another Rohit Shetty film Singham Returns. 

The film has notched up 50 crore nett in two days and its looking like a three day weekend of 77 crore nett. If the Sunday comes out higher than day one it would be huge achievement by the film as that first day is the highest collecting day at the box office. The start on day one was hit at multiplexes but still to back and above to the first day level is great for the film.

The collections of the first three days may have been all in the same range but this is a very strong trend. The performance of the film is being led by Gujarat / Saurashtra, UP and Rajasthan. The first named is phenomenal while the other two have done excellent business especially if we consider what UP and Rajasthan were doing before the release of Sooryavanshi.

The two territories which have not performed as well as they could have are East Punjab and West Bengal but that is comparatively with other circuits. The collectiosn are good just that they could have been better. Tamil Nadu and Kerala are poor but they hardly matter for Hindi films.
