Angrezi Medium dropped on Saturday as more cinemas shut due to the fear of Corona Virus. The film collected around 2.75 crore nett taking its total to over 6.60 crore nett. The film should have been postponed but the decision to shut cinemas in Delhi came on Thursday and by that time the film had already released in Gulf which left the makers no choice but to come in India.

The film struggle to today also as Punjab and Rajasthan will be shutting down which means around 50 lakh of the Saturday collections are gone as without Punjab (state only) and Rajasthan the film would be only 2.25 crore nett. The two centres doing well for the film are Noida and Gurgaon remain open but this is just 24 cinemas. The top opening days of 2020 are as follows.
