War maintained good collections on its second Friday with collections of 6.25-6.50 crore nett. The film had a phenomenal run in the East in the first week and has maintained best in the South on its second Friday. The collections are generally very good but South is outperforming which is surprising for an action film where normally North leads.

The film is now well set for a strong run till Diwali and should cruise past the 276 crore nett of Kabir Singh to become the highest grossing film of the year. The weekend should see strong numbers with good growth on Saturday and Sunday. It should become the second highest grosser of the year before the weekend is out beating the numbers of Uri - The Surgical Strike. The apprx collections of the War (Hindi) are as follows.
