Why Cheat India had a very dull opening day as it collected 1.50 crore nett. The film had nothing really going for it but still the collections should have been 20-30% better than what they have come out but it got washed up in the Uri wave.

Why Cheat India was basically a solo release as the other new releases had no awareness but Uri is actually behaving like a new release in its second week as the audiences flock to see the film. Why Cheat India cannot really go anywhere from such a low start.

The film may not just be the lowest Emraan Hashmi opener of recent times but also the lowest ever in real value. He had some bad openers in the 50-60 lakh nett range around 12-13 years back releasing on 300 screens. It is probably fighting Rush as the worst opener of the actors career.
