Toilet Ek Prem Katha will open in China tomorrow (Friday 8th June) and is probably looking at a strong number as the distributors China Film Group Corporation (who release practically all the Hindi releases) give it a big release.

The release is looking to be around 14000 screens at the moment but could go higher by tomorrow. This shows that the distributors are confident of collections to give it such a big release. It will turn out to be the fourth biggest release ever in China for a Hindi release at least and even outside chance of being as big as Hindi Medium..

Toilet Ek Prem Katha was very a Indian subject so it remains to be seen what appeal it holds in China but the start seems to be looking good. 

The top releases in China by screens are as follows.

1. Secrect Superstar - 21,000 sceens

2. Bahubali - The Conclusion - 19,000 screens

3. Hindi Medium - 17,000 screens

4. Dangal - 9000 screens

5. Bajrangi Bhaijaan - 7000 screens

6. PK - 5500 screens

There has been a change in pattern release this year with all the widest Hindi releases with all the 10000 screen plus releases coming this year.
