October continued to lead at the box office though there was a drop in collections though they should improve in the evening and it should still be the top film this weekend. The competition will not come from the new releases but from the holdover from last week Rampage.

The new releases Beyond The Clouds and Nanu Ki Jaanu opened to very dull response of 0-5%. Nanu Ki Jaanu should get better collections as it has a wider release but the collections will be bad no doubt. Beyond The Clouds is very niche and hardly holds any appeal.

The Telugu film Bharat Ane Nenu took a very good start in Mumbai city and was actually the best collecting film in the city. This was the case in some other cities of Maharashtra as well and the local market for the film Nizam / Andhra took a huge start.
