Thor - Ragnarok is a HIT film as it showed good growth on Saturday to collect around 9-9.25 crore nett apprx. The growth is 15-20% but its good from the levels of day one. This takes the total of the film to near 17 crore nett and it will do a good first weekend of 27-28 crore nett. Hollywood has three major hits this year with Fast & Furious 8, Spiderman The Homecoming and IT and Thor - Ragnarok will be the fourth HIT film. The collections of Thor - Ragnarok till date are as follows.

Ittefaq showed good growth on Saturday with collections jumping around 35-40% which is actually more than Thor Ragnarok but this film did not open well on day one. The film is safe due to revenue outside theatrical and Saturday is a good jump but the film is very lopsided towards Mumbai and South which could be a problem on the weekdays unless of course these areas hold very well.
