Dr. Strange did pretty well in India with collections in the 2.50-2.75 crore nett range. Although the number was not high the film was released on just 675 cinemas with 800 screens taken from these cinemas. So in terms of that its a decent start and Mumbai and South India showed good numbers. The Saturday growth is all important for the film especially as its mainly released in English and this audience comes out at high end multiplexes on Saturday.
