Shivaay dropped around 10-12% on Saturday with business around 8-8.25 crore nett. The drop for Shivaay like Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was mainly North and Central India but the problem for Shivaay was that it had a far larger contribution coming from mass centres and single screens and these tend to drop more which lead to Shivaay having a bigger drop. The film was better in Mumbai and South but in the latter the film is not collecting well and this area is best pre Diwali. The two day business of the film is around 17.25 crore nett. The first two day business of Shivaay is as follows.

Saturday - 8,25,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 17.40,00,000
Shivay will also find it tough going on Sunday as the markets where its best collections are will again be hit due to Diwali puja and could drop further. then it will be D Day on Monday as the audiences will be back and it will have to close the the gap on Ae Dil Hai Mushkil with a big number if it is to have any chance of succeeding.
