The Friday this week was the worst of the year as the the new Hindi releases collected even lower than the films released last week. There were films like Dhoni and Inferno having some collections last week while this week no film has managed to those collections. The total of all the Hindi and English films playing last week including holdover was around 4.75 crore nett while this week it half that at around 2.25-2.50 crore nett. The best collecting Hindi film was 31st October though last weeks holdover Motu Patlu; King of Kings may eventually have a better second week than the first week of 31st October.. The apprx opening day figures of the new Hindi releases are as follow.

31st October - 30,00,000, 

Gandhigiri - 12,00,000

Ek Saath Tera - 8,00,000

Mmrisa - 2,00,000

My Father Iqbal - 1,00,000

Jack Reacher was the best collecting film of the week but its collection were even lower than last weeks Inferno which did around 1.75 crore nett while Jack reacher was around the 1 crore nett mark..
