PVR have taken the all India theatrical rights for Action Replay for a price said to be around 26 crore including prints.

The price is very reasonable for a big Akshay Kumar starrer and that too a Diwali release. The all India theatrical rights for De Dana Dhan last year went for 30 crore and if super hot films like Tees Maar Khan or Thank You were to be sold they will go for around 35-40 crore or even more.

The reason for the reasonable price could be that Action Replay will face huge competition on Diwali in the form of Golmaal 3 and business is likely to be shared making it difficult for the films to put up real big numbers unless one does not live upto expectations.
