Aloo Chaat opened to a very dull 10-15% response on first day. The film is unlikely to make any impact at the box office.

The other releases this week Barah Aana, Firaaq, Lottery and Straight were extremely dull. Firaaq managed 5-10% collections while others were 0-5%. All four are likely to struggle at the box office.

Gulaal was below the mark in week one with 3.25 crore nett business. The film was a bit better at some multiplexes of big cities.

Jai Veeru grossed a poor 1.75 crore nett in week one. The film managed half decent collections in some small centres of UP and Bihar but it makes no differnce to its box office fate. FLOP

Little Zizou has managed to do well with its target audience with a very limited release. The film has recorded very good collections in Mumbai city.

Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge falls in week two with 1 crore nett business. The two week total is a little over 6 crore nett. FLOP

13B recorded 2 crore nett business in week two. The two week total is 7.25 crore nett. FLOP

Dev D crosses 15 crore nett as it adds another 30 lakhs in week in week 6. The film is a Hit in Delhi/NCR. Overall ABOVE AVERAGE

Slumdog Crorepati has another good week and takes its 8 week total to around 14.75 crore. SEMI HIT
