Shanghai opened to a dull response of around 25% at multiplexes with single screens having even lower collections. The film showed normal improvement in the evening as the reports were not good. Overall the film has just some scope at high end multiplexes but these 50 odd multiplexes can't carry a film without the support of other multiplexes and single screens.

Rowdy Rathore had an excellent first week of around 77 crore nett. The film had phenomenal collections in many circuits but it was Gujarat belt that had out of the world collections as it clocked over 10 crore in Gujarat which is 45% more than Housefull 2. The film was very steady on its 8th day especially at mass centres

Ishaqzaade dropped in week three due to Rowdy Rathore adding nearly 1.50 crore to its total. the four week total is around 46 crore nett SUPER HIT
